Printing

Once the design has been finalised and approved, the POSD’s are printed. Not all printers are created equal. Quality can differ extensively between models of printer and the technology used by different companies. Machinery must be operated and maintained by experts. While there are a host of printing options available, the quality that your company will receive will vary widely depending on who you select to do the work. Poor quality print reflects badly on your brand.

At Print & Display we have always led the industry, investing in the latest printing techniques ahead of our competitors. We were the first Nottingham printer to offer a full colour press. In 2009 we advanced to Hewlett Packard’s (HP) digital production press and have since progressed to HP’s HDR printing system; which enables us to offer the highest quality printing and flexible run rates at competitive prices. Increased production speed enables us to work to deadlines and as all our products are printed in house, we monitor the quality at every stage.

Cutting & Assembly

Once printed, the components of your design are cut ready for assembly of your POSD's. As with printing, the quality of the machinery used will determine the final finish quality. This is why we operate two Konsberg XP24 production cad cutting machines, to ensure crisp lines at high production speed. Reduced operational costs means we can pass these savings on to our customers.

Careful planning and design will be wasted if the printing and assembly are of a poor quality.
